I am extremely happy with the service All Creatures Great and Small provides. I would be very anxious about working full time if I did not have someone I completely trusted taking my two dogs our for walks. I know my 2 dogs are not always easy but Emma makes them look easy. I really like the email feedback that is given when I am away for more than just a few days. At times because of short notice on my part I have been forced to kennel them elsewhere and I have to say they always come back happier when they return from All Creatures Great and Small.

I have found Emma very helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible. She is very professional whilst being very caring with the animals and Jasmine loves going on her walk. She also seems to cope much better with the home boarding which is a god send as Jasmine is a rescue/re home and has some separation anxiety which is reduced when she is staying at Emma's. Excellent service!

Without All Creatures Great and Small we wouldn't be able to have a dog. Due to the nature of our work we are away from home a lot and All Creatures Great and Small provide the support we need whilst we are away from home. They also give us complete peace of mind which is why we use them as opposed to other dog care providers.

Emma takes loving care of our two dogs, Coco Chanel and Duke, whenever we are away and walks them regularly, too. She’s given medicine when required and even handled follow-up vet visits for Duke while we were on an extended trip. They love going with her, and I’m thrilled to receive her email updates and a photo or two while we are away. Coco especially used to not eat and come home thin and traumatized from the kennels (she’s a small poodle). Now she’s healthy and happy when we return. They enjoy the long walks Emma gives them and the company of the other dogs. Both Duke and Coco love their Auntie Em!!

We have two bengal cats, anyone thats knows about bengals know that they are hard work but also very rewarding. We've had really bad experiences sending our two cats to catteries as they hate being taken out of their own environment. We've just returned from our honeymoon to find two very content cats who were well looked after, we even came home to a day by day diary to what they had been up to! Thanks so much Carolyn and Emma for looking after our boys so well, its great to know we can go away in the future and know how well Rubens and Raff will be looked after.

Thanks for an excellent cat sitting service. We were extremely pleased with the services offered, which included administering medicine to our recovering cat and twice daily visits. Our plants were watered and the bins put out as well. We were very reassured by the visits log when we arrived home detailing each visit in detail. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't hesitate to use All Creatures again. My dog Beanbag, during his daily visits from Emma, got taken for lovely walks and received plenty of fuss. The service was a great help and I was reassured to know my dog was in good hands and having a lovely time whilst I was out all day! Thank-you!

Thank you for looking so well after our Harley while we were on holiday. She has had plenty of exercise and lots of fun with the other dogs, and we could just tell that she has had a fabulous week. Also we appreciated the great service with having her picked up and brought back. We have already booked again, and would highly recommend this service to others.
